UPDATE:
Wednesday evening: The chair on the left in the photo below sold, the single-board carved back chair is available.
My loft is a mess, I keep making stuff & sticking it up there. Chairs for one thing and they don’t stack well. I dragged two butternut brettstuhls down and am offering them at a discounted price. $1,000 each, including shipping in the US. Slight assembly required. You have to be able to use a hammer, a block of wood, know right from left and count to 2 to assemble them. I shot a video showing the process, it’s at the bottom of the post.
The seats and backs are butternut, the legs ash or hickory. The battens underneath the seat are white oak. Overall heights 34”-35”. The front legs’ footprint is 21” apart - only slightly wider stance than some of my Windsor chairs. They look like the feet stick way out, but that’s due to the angle the legs are bored at. Seats about 17” wide across the front, about 12 1/2” deep to the back. Seat height is 18”.

If you’d like either of these, email me at peterfollansbee7@gmail.com and we can sort the details. Check or paypal - but for the latter I’ll tack on $36.
here’s the video showing the assembly.
